2 steps,telephone interview and virtual interview with your supervisor and HR. The initial Telephone interview is the preliminary interview with one of the HR staff. They want to know more about you and your experience as a PSW,they will ask you to share your experience based on the information you have on the resume you submitted to them.Then if you are successful at that stage then they will invite you for the next stage of the interview.
