This was the most impersonal interview process I've ever encountered. I had doubts from the one-way video interview they ask you to submit, but did it anyway since job-seekers have little agency in this competitive market we're in. That was actually my first time coming across that. They make you sit through an AI prompt interview process before you even get the chance to speak to someone. Normal process is to screen with an actual recruiter, a human being, then they decide if you're a match to speak with the hiring team. Also, the recruiter messaged me TWO MONTHS later informing me of my rejection.
