RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) Intramural Referee interview questions

It was quick and got the job on the spot. The guy is very nice and engaged on what I had to say. I recommend everyone to try to be a referee. It is alot of fun.

There was a lot of questions regarding people skills. How well you interact with people and how you would manage various situations. There were additional questions towards the end regarding prior experience. It was very a comfortable and relaxed environment.
