Telephone call with the TA team which went really well. They were friendly and professional on the call. Was put through to the next round which was more of a competency based interview.

They asked about me being able to work in the office 3 days per week as they had recently changed the time working at home and in the office. They explained the culture they wanted to create with more in office days for staff.

Not too difficult - 3 interviews (STAR technique). The questions were not challenging but you need to think carefully about the examples you provide when answering questions to ensure they reflect your experience and meet the job needs
