Background and Experience: "Can you give me a bit of background on you?" "Was there a specific experience or something that nudged you more towards communications or PR?" Challenges and Conflict Resolution: "Could you talk through a highlight, but also any kind of challenging or conflict-type situation and how you overcame it?"
