HR department contacted me through LinkedIn for a Senior Fullstack Developer open position. I was interested in the position and the company's business sector, so I went ahead through the interview process:
- First screening call with HR, overview about the company and my work experience
- Second screening call with HR Manager, talking about contract, location, travel, company's mindset and minimum salary
- Technical interview: 1 h and 40 mins, no whitesheet test, but scenario questions about frontend and backend design & development, like describe how spring security works and similar. In the end, project's technology stack overview. After that I was told it would take a few days for a feedback.
I had no feedback, so after about a month I wrote them back and it was like they forgot about my interview process and the feedback. They were sorry about that, and after a couple of days I got an unsuccessful feedback because I didn't know enough about networking (never mentioned on my CV) and security.
