They have a pretty high turnover so alot of online job ads. Huge application to fill out naturally due to the nature of the job. Interview was pretty casual, seemed to be more emphasis on getting the application processed along with background search and drug testing. They have training classes and a state med certification class that you must attend.

It was very laid back. I remember being ask questions such as lifting service users, personality based questions, some background information about how best to care for service users.
