I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RH (Camarillo, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
There was a behavioral interview first and then a second with the hiring manager. They were pretty organized and prepared. I thought that there may be more questions though. It was fairly short. The hiring manager didn't really seem like she liked her job
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They had pretty open ended questions like "Tell me about yourself" not really customized at all. It seemed as though they picked them up from the internet!
Friendly staff, accommodating, the interview was casual and I enjoyed the environment. The atmosphere is nice. They asked broad and specific questions and they pay attention to attitude and personality. Try to look at your best
It was an easy process. It took a long time to hear from me them and did not know what to think for a while. So moved on with my search in the mean time
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2022
Interview
Round 1 with HR was general screening, a long casual chat where they ask you if you have any questions for them and then they get to now you.
Round 2 with Department head, went well. Sweet lady. Good chat. explained how things work there. Asked in detail about previous work experience. Said will move me to the next round with manager and that its very important to know about values at RH.
But ghosted after that. No response to multiple follow up emails
