I applied and they called within a week. We set up an interview date. The process flowed nicely. The interviewer was very nice and was very personable. She asked me a couple of questions which were a mixture of personal, experience and design orientated.

Went in person to store for interview. The store was empty yet they made me wait. Two on one interview. Felt fake and patronizing like I didn't understand the job description. Weird vibes.

Interview
Short 20 minute phone interview. She asked a lot of questions about the company and their products. Did not ask me anything about their core values which I thought was weird because she attached them in an email for me to review before our interview. She was a bit rude, especially in the way she asked questions. Her questions were kind of all over the place too.
