Easy procedure. We had a group introduction to the company which was followed by a small counting test. Those who passed the test were invited for a quick training so that we could familiarize ourselves with how the machine works and what is expected of us.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RGIS (Miami, FL) in Jan 2011

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RGIS (Edmonton, AB) in Mar 2015
Interview
One step interview. You'll have a call from the company, setting up a time for interview; it took about 30 mins with the manager, and mostly about the behaviour questions. The interview was easy, you can directly talk to the District Manager, face to face, under a non-stress, friendly environment; prepare yourself, you should be fine.
