I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RF-SMART in Sept 2025
Interview
First round was pretty standard with the recruiter. Interaction was fine but nothing stood out that wowed me. Had originally applied for a different position so when we talked they changed the role on me. I was hesitant on moving forward but decided to continue anyways. Recruiter said I would move forward to next round with hiring manager. Availability was provided then crickets for over a week so red flag. At that point I removed myself from contention. Salary was also well below market.

Interview
When you pass the initial resume review, you get a 30 minute behavioral interview. Then, if you do good, you get a JavaScript CodeSignal coding assessment. Finally, if you pass the assessment, you get a final interview with the hiring managers, they might ask you about your assessment, but mostly it's to see which team you will fit the best.

Question 1
Name a time you had to take a leadership role, How did you manage it?
I applied online. I interviewed at RF-SMART in Nov 2024
Interview
I originally applied to RF Smart at the end of October 2024 and went through 5 interviews ending in mid December. The interviewers included potential peers, the hiring manager, and department managers.
In late December, around a week after the final interview, I was told that they would be making me a job offer, but needed to wait for budgets for the new year to be finalized before they could send me an official letter. 3 weeks later, in mid January 2025, I was informed that the role had been canceled and I would in fact not be receiving an offer letter despite their original message weeks prior. Incredibly frustrating experience.
