Phone interview, followed by on-site. There were two phone interviews, first by a human resources person, followed up with a hiring manager. The in person interview was more complete with in depth conversation.

The interviewer had no idea what he was doing. He just asked random questions that had nothing to do with the job. The interview was very short, I was in and out of the building in no more than 30 minutes.
