I had 3-4 easy phone interviews before they invited me onsite. I was interviewing 3 managers at once. They didn't introduce themselves right away, and I didn't feel welcome throughout the whole process.
One person was on his phone numerous occasions while I was answering questions by other interviewers. They kept asking me multiple questions about my past jobs - literally what I was doing at my past jobs, multiple times, in multiple ways because they weren't listening. I was supposedly interviewing for 2 positions, but it was tough for me to answer the questions because the direction of the interview was unclear, and one of the interviewer's was on his phone multiple times.
I felt like I was being drilled on information that was already on my resume, which I think they didn't bother reading before bringing me in. I specifically called them out on it before leaving. I felt I never got the chance to sell my skill set to them because I was constantly on the defensive. I sound like a broken record saying this, but one of the interviewers was on his phone multiple times while I was speaking.
I was disappointed that I invested time into this interview process with a dissatisfying result. I didn't bother following up, withdrew my application almost immediately. This place did not seem organized, friendly, or competent.
