The technical interview was about excel especially in Pivot table and Vlookup function. And the second one was with the sales manager and it was very friendly. the both of them were in the same day.

Interview
The interview was a simple conversation to confirm interest in position, skill set and most importantly get an idea from the candidate on the anticipated pay as that appeared to be a major factor playing a role.

Question 1
Ability to lift 50+LBS loads, ability to work under stress, ability to report to work on time and work extended hours.
The process to apply was easy. You applied online. Then after a few days the company called you for first interview on the phone. The conversation was good without being too tensed. The interviewer asked general questions.
