3 Part process with reference checks. Interview with the current sales manager. Next interview with the President. Third interview with the President's business partner. Finally the reference check was completed and an offer extended.

two interviews. Asked for references. Once the references were checked, I spoke with the other owner and was offered the job. The second owner was a tougher interview. He asked very pointed questions about my qualifications and work availability.
