Interview
First was emailed for a video interview, where I got a few questions and a lot of opportunities to retake those videos. There is a time limit of about 3 minutes. Afterwards I got called in for a Zoom call, where they asked why I wanted to work and my experience with the outdoors.

Why Rei? What kind of outdoor activities do you do? Give an example of when you had to be a leader.
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
