I interviewed here on august 19, they took a basic Java mcqs test and then face to face was there. In which they have asked core Java questions.overall experience was good but they were focussed towards small details behind the questions.their expectations were a logically Strong person with all the skillset and good communication as well

Question 1
Basic string programs and Java questions.
Remove duplicate of String and string palindrome
Programs on arrays and patterns
Face to face was easy having core Java basic questions and database questions.
Phone interview with a recruiter followed by take home coding exercise. You had about seven days total to complete the exercise. Before I could finish the process I accepted an offer from another company.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at REI (Eastgate, WA)
Interview
Open minded and lots of questions. Be prepared to demonstrate how your background can help the organization. Relax and you will do fine. It is not too difficult, just time consuming and different people to meet and provide information.
