REI Data Architect interview questions

This was just the intial HR phone interview. It was set up after the online application process. It went very smoothly, with the HR recruiter having more in-depth understanding of the IT job requirements than is typical. She asked detailed questions and was able to give some good information about the position. I have not yet heard back (just this week) so can't comment further about the full interview process. Advice - look at each bullet of the requirements and have a planned response on how you would accomplish the task (e.g. critical success factors for establishing a data governance program, etc.)
