Contacted by recruiter, reviewed role and moved to 2nd step to interview. Promised follow up in 3-5 days. 4 weeks later ghosted. No answer or status. Emailed recruiter and interviewer, no reply. Waste of time, disorganized, unprofessional. Wouldn’t work for them anyway.

What is your background. Are you ok starting with a 20% pay cut lower than we quoted. Lol
4-5 rounds with different team members (mostly different leaders). Interviews were very discussion oriented to understand prior experience, understand thought process around relevant business problems and to guage team/company fit.
