The interview process at RED was professional, organized, and transparent from start to finish. It included an initial HR screening followed by interviews with senior technical leaders and my prospective reporting manager. The discussions were conversational and focused on my sustainability consulting experience, projects, project management approach, and how I work with clients and teams. What stood out most was the professionalism and respect shown throughout the process, as the interviewers created a comfortable environment that encouraged genuine discussion rather than a high-pressure interview.
