      Unlicensed Assistant Interview

      9 Sept 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I applied in-person. I interviewed at RE/MAX in Sept 2014

      Interview

One Interview. Re-worked resume in my Business Communications class, the lady hiring me said it is one of the best resumes she has ever seen. Make sure to sell your potential to help them make more closes and do more follow ups. Took my resume in on a Thursday, follow up phone call Friday afternoon and set up interview for Monday (her most convenient time). Got to interview 15 minutes early just in case, went in for interview 5 minutes early. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Did not have a difficult question, mostly went over my resume job and skill sections.
