I was given the idea that I would be replacing someone and was asked if I was capable of committing to a full time position, which turned out to be false due to the fact that the employee I was meant to replace decided not to pursue that promotion.

Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.

Es begann mit einem Persönlichkeitstest, danach eine lange Vorstellung der Struktur von Remax, Fragerunde, Begehung der Räumlichkeiten und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter. Zwei Stunden dort verbracht nur um ein Probearbeiten auszumachen.
