very fast, whenever they hire, they want someone YESTERDAY... they loved my portfolio which led me to believe i was showing them designs they felt worked for their company... they refused to show me any of their product. later i learned that the vast majority of their "line" are things they have bought from forever 21 etc and put it directly on the line.
