I was referred by a agency, within two days they got back to the agency and it was communicated to me that they would like to meet. I had a really bad experience here, not to mention the place looks a hot mess. When I first entered the office and while I was observing while waiting I realized it was really really small, and the mass amount of clothes/ mess was being hidden behind glass so you couldnt see exactly what was behind there but I could tell, it was a mess thats why it was being hidden. The office was very very small crammed into a tiny space. I met with two people its not that they were unprofessional its the situation was unprofessional and the interview... it wasnt a good vibe interview it was kind of what can you do for me not working both ways if it would actually be a good fit for you too. While meeting with both people he/she just took my portfolio and scanned it to see if they found what they were looking for. I hate that, I spend time on my portfolio very unprofessional and not appreciate a could be employee in that way. Place was just a mess. I found out later on through someone else that this position I was interviewing for here it wasnt exactly "open" yet. It was a decoy, because they were thinking about firing the person who was in that position because it was said "it wasnt working out". So, this worked out for the best.
