RD Chemical interview questions

I answered a Craigslist ad and got a reply almost immediately-within an hour or so. Very brief phone interview, followed by a paid half day interview/prove yourself in the lab setting by testing this sample. The hiring manager also owns the company. It's a very small company- three people total. The person I was replacing was not made aware of the interviewing process so the total time from interview to first day was about three weeks. It was a little strange being told to try not to move things around in the lab so that employee wouldn't notice someone had been in there....
