What activity can you do to incorporate the listening, speaking in your class
Pretty easy, your teaching history, style and language ability are the main priority to find out, as well as if you have a drivers license. Placement is discussed further in the interview process and communication is fast is they are interested in you.

Interview
First, we had a document screening (resume and copy of a residence card), then an online interview. After the online interview, I received a request for a five-minute demo lesson video on a selected topic. Then, I got the selection result and a request to send other necessary documents, e.g., transcripts, certificates, passport copies, etc.
