first, Phone interview with HR, then in person interview with production manager. Interview was not so formal. It was pretty short and casual. They have many none English speaking employees(I was one of them), maybe that's why my interview was easy. They have spanish speaking managers.

They immediately asked for an in person interview. They wanted to have me out the very next day but it took me a few days to get it scheduled around my current work schedule. We met at their office, and it was fairly informal. They were very casual and informal.
