RALPH LAUREN interview questions

Standard industry stuff really. They wanted to know about experience, STAR scenarios, what hard and soft skills you can bring to the job. Flexibility with working hours. They also wanted to know about future aspirations and ambitions. Interview process was around three to four interviews.

Met with the store manager. Apparently, there would have been two more interview rounds with DM and RM to be hired. Basic interview questions were asked about background, position requirements, and situation awareness.
