I went through Radcom’s hiring process and had an unexpectedly negative experience. After an initial HR call and a short Teams interview, I was invited for an on site interview and received a clear take home assignment to prepare in advance. I invested significant time and created a structured presentation based on the instructions.
During the interview, the hiring manager seemed unfamiliar with the assignment requirements and questioned why I was presenting what I had been instructed to prepare. She also mentioned several times that she was short on time due to another meeting, which led to very limited willingness to review my work. The interview ended quickly, without any real opportunity to showcase my abilities or the effort I put in.
Two days later I received a generic rejection email, without a phone call or any feedback, despite completing the assignment and attending an on site interview.
Overall, the process felt inconsistent and dismissive of candidates’ time and effort.
