More emphasis given to fit for role than technical knowledge. Met with HR, senior manager & team lead, & finally CEO. Given a tour of the (then much smaller) office & introduced to key people with whom I would be likely to work. Good mix of interviewers taking the time to explain the opportunity as well as asking questions, which were thoughtful & well judged. Typical interviews do involve a few technical questions about markets, instruments, pricing & risk management techniques. The priority is always to find people who are good team players & who can set & meet their own goals.

Meet with HR, team lead, Director. HR had basic behavioral questions. Performed a programming test. Met with the team lead who had follow up questions. Asked of different ways how the problem could have been approached.
