Hr and functional round. Not very punctual, kept the candidate waiting for hrs. Not a employee centric organisation. Has to work on streamlining the interview process.
The first round was basic HR interaction round pretty simple and basic questions.
The second round was the functional skill test round wherein a person is required to explain the contents of resume. And specify the current KRA's
Applied online. Received an email for a phone interview. Spoke with the recruiter based in Chicago, IL. Told that follow up interview would take place within 1-2 weeks. After following up for 5 weeks, I was finally contacted with an automated email.
