They first took the introduction with the same they told about mnc what it do,including with bonus,salary,and also told that this is non technical job and 40-50 per is Voice and rest is claim,insurance have to handle

Aptitude test by aspiring minds and by sharing the I'd and password over the mail
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at R1 RCM
Interview
The company took 90 days to reach out to me after I submitted my initial application. The interview process was very long. 4 interviews total and each were 45 minutes long. They took over a week to get back to me about a decision.

Walk me through your past experience that you listed on your resume.
Tell me something about yourself that isn’t on your resume.
It was easy and straightforward only one round and i thoroughly enjoyed talking to each interviewer. mostly behavioral questions and no technical portion. It was definitely a Great experience overall.
Interview process was seamless, there were total 2 rounds of interview. Interviews were not so hard, there were bunch of easy questions related to domain. You can clearly pass the interviews if you have intermediate command over the domain.
