R&R Partners Account Executive interview questions

Overall straightforward interview process. One interview via phone with direct supervisor then meeting/interview with branch President and direct supervisor again. The second interview was very informal as they did not ask many questions rather just chatted about the agency and my previous experience, again in a very informal manner. There was a lot of discussion about why I would be a good fit there and overall got the sense then and there that I was going to receive an offer.
