I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at R&D Partners (London, England)
Interview
Great process
1) Phone interview. Had a half an hour call about myself what drives me and a bit about the company was overall very positive.
2) Assessment day. This was a long and intense stage but rewarding. People were cut througout the day. There were group activities individual selling and a interview at the end.
3) Trial morning. Exactly what it says on the tin. You come do the job for the morning and then have another interview about how you found it.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at R&D Partners
Interview
Initially there was a phone interview which lasted about 35 minutes. After that I had to prepare and give a presentation on why I wanted to work there, and why they might want to work with me. The presentation was in front of 2 people, and they then interviewed me.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at R&D Partners (London, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
I went through a recruitment agency initially. I completed their assessment centre and they then recommended me for the role. I then had to attend an assessment centre run by the company. A group of about 10-12 of us were given a number of small tasks to complete in teams and individually. We introduced ourselves in fornt of everyone, this was followed by a task where we interviewed one another and then sold our partner and explained why they should be hired. We had previously been asked to prepare short presentations about ourselves, so one-by-one we went into the room and gave the presentations, followed by questions from the interviewer. We were then given 3 CV's to review and then present the person that we felt was most qualified for a job description we were given. We had a break for lunch and then they told some people they had been unsuccessful. For those left over, we were called in for one-on-one interviews with team leaders. This seemed more of a personality gauging exercise and we had a general discussion about the contents of our own CV's and then a more friendly chat where we were encouraged to ask about the company. We were called the next day with offers.
