Was in the process of arranging a date and time for interview when recruiter from Q2 solutions ghosted me and never reply my email.

First round is phone interview where HR calls. Some basic questions are asked, for example: your previous experience, any gaps in employment, why do you want this job.etc
The next round is with the hiring manager and director. More knowledge based questions like familarity with certain panels tested (eg. Liver panel, renal panel, lipid panel) instrument principles and other related topics will be asked. Questions about what you can bring to the table, your previous experience that is applicable to the position you're applying for, and any questions with regards to your resume will also be covered here.
