I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quisitive (Irving, TX)
Interview
A general HR phone interview, another tech phone interview (although it really wasn't technical) and then an in person interview with 3 people. All the people I interviewed with were very professional and sharp. I liked the responses i received as to the focus and direction of the company. I especially liked the CSO Steven Balusek . He was very open, direct and steadfast in his responses. I did not receive a job offer but I had a positive experience throughout the interview process . I'm always interested to get the viewpoints of other consultants and companies in tech industry and actually enjoyed the entire interview process. You can't say that every day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly just open ended and general questions about Projects I've worked on and what I wanted to do. I asked more questions than they did. Even though the job was technical I wasn't really asked any type of technical questions scenario or otherwise. It was very conversational and easy in relation to typical interviews for this type of role. Even though the job was listed as an Architect it seemed like they were looking for someone more lower level such as a systems engineer /support person or as one guy put it "a wrench turner". An architect is not typically a wrench turner.
