Interview
Initial interviews were classic OCI process. Talked to probably two partners and three associates. 20 minutes each. This was covid times so all the interviews were on zoom, which was kind of exhausting
Some attorneys looked very busy, but they were nice and friendly to talk too. The questions they asked were pretty casual and mostly about my resume. Not a lot of behavioral questions as I recall.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Quinn Emanuel (Chicago, IL)
Interview
They were very disengaged and uninterested. Asked me the same question twice and kept the same facial expression the entire time. The interview also ended 20 minutes earlier than it should have.
I interviewed during Covid. I had 4 15min interviews with 2 partners and 2 associates. Everyone was very friendly but you can tell that they expect a lot from you.
