Interview
Application online followed by an interview with a senior associate and associate at QE offices in Sydney. During the interview I was asked general questions to be expected such as why I am looking to apply for this role, why QE, and what I believe I can bring to the team. After this I was then asked to take around 20 minutes to do a 'paralegal quiz' which surrounded things such as legal research and case citation.

Interview
3.5 hour process so be prepared. I ended my interview halfway through due to excessive overtime request. Per firm employees (during interview and on Glassdoor) there is an excessive amount of overtime. I was explained that there would be 80 hour weeks, days which you only slept 2-3 hours a day, and/or worked until 1am or 2 am.
Aside from that Associates and Partners seem to be friendly. They will ask your background and if you can handle such large volume of work.
