Very straight forward interview process. You take a math test first, pass that and they call you back for an interview for a job. Interview is super short, with an offer usually given on the spot and then you return for orientation ahead of a week long training.

Quick and easy interview process overall. The questions themselves weren’t very difficult and were mostly straightforward. The math portion can feel a bit tricky at first, but with a little practice it becomes much easier over time. If you prepare ahead and stay calm, the whole process is pretty manageable.

Just asked about prior part time experience in customer facing roles. They apparently count how many times you smile so keep that in mind. Another big thing they worry about is if you have reliable transportation.
