Casual and informal, mostly background questions and friendly banter with some technical questions that was just textbook buzzword trivia. Started with an application online --> quick e-mail scheduling an on-site and a salary history request. The office was...really depressing. I wouldn't wish it on anyone to work there. The product seemed antiquated and so does the technology. Nobody looked like they liked their jobs, and pay was also way below average. In the end, I was not contacted not even a rejection letter but I didn't really mind. I'm glad they didn't contact me.
