The interview was fairly simple; they ask a few questions regarding email marketing services and hit you with the favorite animal question to test your "attention to detail".
If you answer correctly, great, you get to move on to the Mensa puzzle, which was fairly simple. If you answer that correctly, great, you're greeted with a message asking your LinkedIn profile and saying they'll contact you after reviewing.
A few days after finishing my application, I received the below email, verbatim with the typo:
"Unfortunatelly, your application for 'Support Agent' was not successful.
So we won't be continuing with the application.
Good luck with everything."
I suspect this is because I'm Turkish. I understand hiring internationally could be a headache, but at least a brief interview or explaining why the application was "not successful" (even though it actually was) would be welcome. This just reeks of prejudice to me.
