Very unprofessional way of handling interviews. Don’t believe on their recruiting process. I cleared technical round and HR discussions. I even received in email stating joining date and salary break up details were also sent. I also accepted. But just 2 days before joining, HR called telling that there would be 1 more technical round. I was so shocked to this unprofessional way of their process. Let them keep how many rounds they want and take time in deciding but once offer is released and discussions are closed and was about to join in 2 days, never ever I have heard of this kind of behaviour of conducting 1 more technical round at this last moment. HR used to call me and take confirmation that I don’t attend any other interviews so that I don’t jump off this offer. And I did the same, thinking I have an offer. But this was a sudden shock. I my self rejected attending this last moment unprofessional interview process, not that clearing interview is not the concern, but this shows how the company takes care of employees and how unprofessional are the managers and HR in this company.
