The first step was a written application followed by a virtual interview due to COVID-19. The interview questions were behavioural and situational, directly based off the role. Not too difficult and interviewed by 3 people

3 Stages: Presentation in a team, Online Quiz, 1:1 Interview
Presentation had you in a team to try and create an event and they see how you work together in a team and if you are friendly/agreeable. Online quiz to see regular skills such as problem solving. Interview is basic.

Interview
There was a written application you submit in person to a drop box. This was followed by an in-person interview. It does benefit to be a part of the residence team beforehand (e.g. RF or House Rep).
