Interview
Condensed the entire interview process of multiple interview days into one interview day. I think this only happens if they like you, because my friends who interviewed had theirs end after about an hour. Mine lasted a solid 3 hours and included them leading me through the factory grounds and introducing me to project manager and other employees.

Lots of technical questions that focused on my research and what I was doing in lab, even though the work they do isn't related at all
