Interview
Chaotic. Would go weeks (or months) without hearing anything, then they would want to chat later in the day. Phone screen, two weeks go by, 1-on-1 interview, three weeks go by, another 1-on-1 interview, then a frantic "are you still interested" email 2-3 months after.
