I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Networks (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was invited to apply for this job by the Co-founder. I applied for the Wayne, NJ location but the interview was at their NY office. I met with The founders of the company and everything went smoothly. After the interview, I was given an assignment about how I would handle a particular situation should I get the job. After I sent the completed assignment, I was asked to come in for a second interview to meet with the company leaders. The day after my second interview, I was told I was not right for the position. When I asked why, I was told “it’s hard to get every one on board with a candidate” Overall, the process was ok and I suppose I have no complaints.

Question 1
How would I handle problems at the job?
Why was I leaving my current job?
What was my daily routine at my current job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Networks (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
Disorganization at its finest. I had a phone screening with HR and was then given a project to complete within the next couple of days. I put a lot of work into the project and was told that I was to present it at the in-person interview. I even prepared a slide deck just in case. The in-person interview with HR was fine, although they left the room a couple of times which was nerve wracking. Then they called in the president of the company to hear my presentation. Either he didn't know about the presentation or didn't care, but he just made small talk about my resume, asked if I had any questions and sent me on my way. He was incredibly hard to talk to. I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one.

Question 1
How do you feel your retail experience has prepared you for working in eCommerce?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Quantum Networks in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied online, received an email to schedule the interview. Arrived the office, everyone is doing their own things, no one was acknowledging my presence and no one was helping me. Finally someone passed by and helped me. But I was still left hanging for another 15 mins until someone finally came get me to the interview room. She asked some questions and ask me if I have any questions. I was in and out about in and out in 10 mins, and then she said they usually do 2 round of interview, and ask me to send an follow up email with her, I was lost and confused as I thought the HR is the one who does the follow up?
