A call was made by the Human Resources (HR) adminstrator and an interview would be arranged between the interviewee and the HR. HR would then check against a list of dates in which the executive and engineering managers were free and confirm the date of interview. Upon agreeing on the arranged interview, the first test given was a unit-test and systems requirement documentation test. After which, an interview would be between the interviewee and the engineering manager. A second test/interview would then be arranged, where the test would involve writing a full-scale program that was meant to solve a series of routing/mathematical questions. That final interview would be with the boss - or the CEO - of that company, in which he would allow the interview to decide if he/she would be satisfied with the job offer. However, the issue is that the letter-of-offer needs to be decided within less than a day, after which it would be considered as forfeited. This is the case of contention where there is a severe lack of flexibility in allowing the said interviewee to choose if he/she would want that offer within such a short timespan, thus indicating the usual practice of quick-hiring processes - a symptom that would cause repercussions of "job desperation".
