Phone interview using STAAR method which was okay despite the recruiters lack of experience. 2nd interview was in person and with hiring manager/s STAAR method again. I tried really hard to not go that route, just talk to me. STAAR method does not paint an entire picture and is very biased. Overall decent interview but it’s hard when you know before going in you will not be hired once it’s over. They called multiple times up to the in person and then a simple “thank you” email.
