first round is a fourty five minutes test with std questions on prob and maths. Quite a bit weird having to complete them in a google forms to be honest.

Standard probability questions. Some analysis. Questions about VaR and Expected Shortfall. Coding.
Fairly relaxed, asked about my project experience, experience in a team, how I dealt with problems, substantial undertakings. Then they asked some python specific questions. Then pair-programming. Was fairly relaxed.

Interview
The assessment is carried out in the form of questionnaire. After filling personal information there are 13 mathematics questions with ranging difficulty. The assessment emphasises the numerical ability of candidates.
