Fairly standard interview with an initial phone screen and then I had an interview with the EVP. It was supposed to be a video conference but he didn’t have his video on. It definitely gave it an impersonal feel, but other than that he was pleasant. After a few initial interviews, I followed up with a few emails, but never heard back from anyone.
